These parameters are substantially used for scaling the mathematical model and numerical treatment of porous media flow in unsaturated-saturated media. The governed equation (Richards equation) is highly nonlinear and degenerate -with two types of degeneracies. The method can be used to determination of datas for porous media type equations. The method is substantially based on movement of free boundary (wetness front) and fixed domain transformation. The inverse problem is treated using the concept of automatic differentiation.
