We show that observation of all the Neumann data on a part of the boundary, which is a little larger than the half of it, for all the Dirichlet data guarantees the uniqueness. Roughly speaking, a half of the Dirichlet - Neumann map uniquely determines the potential term, and it is a generalization of the well-known result of Sylvester - Uhlmann. (Joint work with G. Uhlmann)
