数値解析・応用解析セミナー 3月27日(金) 15:00 -- 陳 鉄城 (国立成功大学、中華民国) ``Physical and mathematical models in my recent research topics'' <研究発表要旨> Physical and mathematical models of six different problems individually treated by three different numerical methods in my research topics are briefly introduced. Firstly, behaviour of water molecules near monolayer-protected clusters (MPCs) with different terminal segments of ligand as well as crack growth and propagation of single-crystal nickel were investigated by full-atom molecular dynamics (MD) simulation. Secondly, effect of B/N co-doping on the stability abd electronic structure of single-walled carbon nanotubes (CNTs) as well as field emission properties and electronic structure of ultra small diameter carbon nanotubes were investigated by density function theory (DFT) based on first-principle theory. Finally, longitudinal residual warpage of strip in continuous annealing furnace as well as electromigration reliability of redistribution lines in wafer-level chip-scale packages were investigated by finite element method (FEM).
