数値解析・応用解析セミナー 3月28日(木) 15:00 -- 16:00 申 東雨(Seoul 国立大学数学教室, 大韓民国) ``$L^p$ estimates of the solution of heterogeneous Maxwell's equations.'' <研究発表要旨> We consider time-harmonic Maxwell's equations in a bounded, nearly periodic, heterogeneous domain. A period in the domain represents two different type of materials. In the period, one type of material is assumed to be embedded in a surrounding periodic domain. The ratios between the electric permittivity and magnetic permeability in one region and those in the other are assumed to have high contrast. The homogenization problem for Maxwell's equations has been considered by several authors. In this talk, we report $L^p$ estimates which are uniform in the contrast ratio, the size of embedded material, and the size of period.
